My name is Michael Pring, head coach and I have the privilidge of teaching Judo and BJJ.
I received my Judo black belt in 1991 and have been teaching Judo since 2000. I received my BJJ black belt in 2022 and have been teaching BJJ since then.
Praxis is learning through doing or "practice, as distinguished from theory".
Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are practised - it's stimulating.
Learn, repeat, have a competitive roll! Your effort is what really matters, you're doing it and we're here to help.

Hi, I'm Michael Pring, a BJJ black belt under Colin Howells, club: VSBJJ.
I'm a Judo black belt under the late Percy Sekine, club: London Judokan.
I live locally and have been coaching Judo in this area since September 2000.
I have trained at Kickboxing and at Aikido, albeit at a lower level of accomplishment.
I enjoy martial arts at grassroots level, competion and teaching.
